A high-performance gas calibration instrument featuring advanced microprocessor technology that precisely controls the ratio of sample gas to dilution gas.

Product Description

The T1700 dynamic calibrator uses microprocessor technology, and uses a high-precision mass flow controller and compressed standard gas to provide precise concentration of calibration standard gas for zero-point and span inspection of multiple gas parameters. Four types of gas sources are available, suitable for calibration and quality control of ambient air gaseous pollutant analyzers. Optional built-in programmable ozone generator provides accurate ozone concentration to achieve accurate and reliable ozone calibration.

  • Using a high-precision mass flow controller to accurately control the ratio of sample gas and diluent gas, a sample ratio of 1:1000 can be achieved, and the ratio output of the sample gas can be automatically realized;
  • The ultraviolet photochemical method is used to generate ozone, which has high reliability and good stability;
  • A variety of interfaces ensure that process control and data transmission can be easily realized, and communication methods are flexible;
  • Support RS232 and external solenoid valve driver;
  • Supports a variety of calibration programming procedures;

  • Capable of calibrating analyzers, featuring at least three connection ports for standard gases.
  • Capable of calibrating O₃ analyzers, equipped with an O₃ generator and a photometer (or superior technology), accompanied by a calibration certificate traceable to an ozone transfer standard issued by the manufacturer or an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory.
  • Capable of performing Gas Phase Titration (GPT) for NO-NO₂-NOₓ analyzers.
  • Flow accuracy of within 1% of full scale or better.
  • Programmable timing for calibration using standard gases.
