The Beijing SDL Technology SD200 (often designated as SD200-CD-II) is an industrial gas sampling probe primarily used in Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) to extract representative and clean gas samples from high-temperature, high-dust flue gas environments
Specifications
- Primary Application: Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and industrial process gas analysis.
- Standard Probe Length: 1000 mm (1 meter).
- Filter System: Equipped with replaceable filter elements (Part No. B090109028) that remove particulate matter at the extraction point, protecting downstream analyzers.Temperature Capability: Capable of withstanding extreme flue gas environments, supporting the maintenance of a hot/dry gas path to prevent condensation and sample composition changes.Included Components: Usually integrated with flange sets for secure mounting to stack or duct walls.Design & Maintenance: Built for continuous operation with easy-to-replace filters to minimize system downtime.
