Product Description
The M1001 zero gas generator provides pure and stable zero gas for ambient air gaseous pollutant calibrators. The equipment includes oil-free pumps, SO₂, NO, NO₂, O₃, H₂S removers, and optional CO and hydrocarbon removers
Specifications
- Capable of producing purified air at a flow rate of at least 10 liters per minute.
- Capable of producing purified air with concentrations of SO₂, O₃, and NO₂ (or NO or NOₓ) below 1 ppb, and CO below 0.1 ppm.
- The output zero air is dry, pure and stable;
- Dehydration via membrane dryer;
- SO₂, NO, NO₂, O₃ and H₂S have long-term removal function;
- It requires little daily maintenance and can operate continuously and stably for a long time;
- Equipped with automatic drainage device;
- Features automatic pump controller based on flow requirements;
- Can be used as flushing gas for permeation furnaces.
