Product Description

The ABB Endura AZ20 is built for optimization and emissions monitoring, it utilizes a zirconium oxide sensor cell at the tip of a probe to provide rapid, direct readings in high-temperature processes.

Specifications

  • Measurement Range: Programmable over ranges between 0 % to 100 % O₂.
  • Process Temperature: Up to 800°C (1472°F).
  • Probe Lengths: Standard insertions from 0.5 m to 4.0 m (1.7 ft to 13.1 ft).
  • Accuracy: ± 2% of the reading or ± 0.1% O₂ (whichever is greater).
  • Pressure Limits: Designed to withstand 35 kPa (5.1 psi) positive or negative pressure in the duct
  • System Options: Available with an integral transmitter (mounted on the probe head) or a remote transmitter.
  • Communication: HART protocol standard.
  • Outputs: Galvanically isolated analog output, programmable over 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 20 mA.
  • Diagnostics: Features advanced self-diagnostics and cell performance logging.
  • Sensor Type: Zirconium Oxide cell.
  • Wetted Materials: Probes are constructed of 316L Stainless Steel with Hastelloy options available for corrosive environments.
  • Calibration: Features optional Automatic Calibration (AutoCal) sequencing controlled by the transmitter.
