Continuous Emission Monitoring System CEMS II e offers modular and TÜV and MCERTS certified (QAL1) solution for environmental compliance in industrial processes, such as powerplants, waste incineration, cement plants and beyond. The system adjusts to changes in regulations and future advances of emissions monitoring best practices with ease.

Product Description

Keep the process running. Modular design with 98.4% availability allows the operator to easily exchange key modules and keep the monitoring running self-sufficiently. This avoids expensive unexpected process disruptions.
Avoid system shutdowns. As CEMS II e is based on in-house technology, it is designed to be serviced locally with no need to send the system back to the factory. Use our application expertise built with over 7000 reliably installed FTIR analyzers globally.
Pass regulatory tests smoothly. Certified low measurement uncertainties and in-house designed and manufactured technology ensure certainty in passing regulatory QAL2, QAL3 and AST tests. The same technology is used also in CEMS quality control around the world.
Future-proof operation. If new gasses or lower ranges are needed for certified analysis of regulatory or process reasons, CEMS II e only requires a fast software adjustment without hardware changes.
All gases with one system. Measure up to 50 gases simultaneously including water soluble components from Gasmet’s readymade library of hundreds of gases or use our calibration expertise.

Specifications

Emission Monitoring Solution for Simultaneous Gas Measurements CEMS enables simultaneous measurement of up to 50 gases with varying gas measurement ranges. The system offers the standard emissions monitoring package consisting of the following 16 gases: H2O, CO2, CO, N2O, NO, NO2, SO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C2H4, C6H14 and CH2O. Total Organic Carbon (TOC) can also be measured with the FTIR analyzer in addition to components such as NOx. If the fuel in the plant changes, it might introduce new gases or concentrations. This is no problem thanks to the flexible and easy-to-use Calcmet software and FTIR technology, which makes it possible to extend measurements for more gases and ranges without any hardware changes in this CEMS analyzer.
